Welcome to the team!!!

Greetings!

I would like to welcome you to the team, and thank you for your willingness to be a part of the work we passionately do. When creating Luvernes Safe Haven, Inc. one of the most important things we wanted to ensure is that we let our employees know how valuable they are to us. You are valuable for who you are, and we believe we made the best decision to share this experience with you. As an employee of Luvernes Safe Haven, Inc. you have 24-hour access to all higher-ups in the company, and can call us with any concern unapologetically.

During this experience we hope that we meet your expectations as we are dedicated to becoming better each day. The nature of work this job entails requires a lot of intimate dialog with the members of the pubic we serve. We never expect our employees to be perfect and encourage all of our teams to always give your best.

As with most new job opportunities, the first few days can be unsettling wondering just what one's direct job role will be. It's understandable to want to learn all the procedures, systems, and in-and-outs of just what to expect. I assure you that you're in good company and we will walk you through every situation you may need assistance with. There are no questions that are unwelcomed; asking questions signals you're really wanting to do the tasks correct, and that is much appreciated.
